Farzad Naimi
Farzad Naimi is Founder and Managing Partner at NAIMI Group, a foundation dedicated to taking bold, creative ideas, and investing them in innovation. As Managing Partner, Farzad leads and oversees operations of NAIMI Group’s three armsRONA Holding LLC, FARZAD Art, and NIMA & FARZAN foundation focused on investing in early-stage and breakthrough ventures; nurturing bold creativity and expression through the interconnective potential of the arts; and enriching the value of human life through sustained, innovative philanthropic strategies; respectively. A serial entrepreneur, he brings over twenty-five years of successful Silicon Valley startup leadership and exits. Farzad was cofounder of Genesys Labs, a leader in delivering real-time customer interaction software solutions, that went public and was subsequently acquired by Alcatel for $1.6 billion.

Farzad started his high-tech career at Centex Telemanagement, as the head of Technology, and led Centex to its IPO, which preceded its subsequent acquisition by MCI. He continued his career as Executive Vice President and COO at Prestige International, Japan’s largest Customer Relationship Management organization, overseeing its successful IPO in Japan. Following his career at Prestige, Farzad participated in a successful start up, VisaNet do Brazil, funded by Visa International and four major banks in Brazil. Since then, VisaNet do Brazil has become the largest e-commerce and retail banking group in Latin America and one of the most profitable companies in Brazil. Most recently, Farzad was co-founder and CEO of LiteScape Technologies and continues to sit on the Board of LiteScape and several private companies.
As a member of adjunct faculty at Golden Gate University, Farzad taught MBA courses in its School of Industry and Technology. Farzad is actively involved with Entrepreneurship Programs at Stanford University and the National University of Singapore.
